We help businesses find financing by presenting their information to third-party funding partners. All approvals, amounts, rates, fees, terms and conditions are set solely by the funding provider, and any financing agreement is between you and that provider. Allocated Capital may receive compensation from funding providers when a transaction closes.
2. Business Purpose Only
Our services are for commercial purposes only and are not available for personal, family or household purposes. By applying, you confirm that any funds received will be used solely for business purposes.
3. Merchant Cash Advances
A merchant cash advance ("MCA") is the purchase of a portion of a business's future receivables at a discount. It is not a loan. Any description of products on the Site is general information only; the terms that apply to you are those in your signed agreement with the funding provider.
4. Eligibility and Accurate Information
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the business you represent. You agree that all information and documents you provide are true, complete and accurate, and you will promptly update us if anything changes.
5. Authorization to Obtain Information
By submitting an application, you authorize Allocated Capital and its funding partners to obtain business and personal credit reports, bank and financial records, and other information from third parties to evaluate your request, and to share your application information with funding providers for that purpose, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You agree that Allocated Capital and its funding partners may contact you at the phone numbers and email addresses you provide, including by calls, text messages and prerecorded or automated messages, about your application and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts.
7. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee approval, a specific funding amount, rate, term or timeline. Statements such as "funding in 24 hours" describe typical outcomes and are not promises.
8. Not Financial, Legal or Tax Advice
Information on the Site is for general informational purposes. It is not financial, legal, accounting or tax advice. You should consult your own advisors before entering into any financing agreement.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, graphics and logos, belongs to Allocated Capital or its licensors and may not be copied or used without our written permission.
